The Rules

  1. Feet will be supported or placed under a box.
  2. Fingertips must stay in contact with the head at all times.
  3. A rep starts with your back on the floor and elbows touching a 4 inch high block on each side.
  4. On the upward phase, the elbows must touch the judges hand or a line which is placed 2 inches above the top of your knee.
